Service Delivery
Event services are considered fully delivered once the Birthday Party begins at the scheduled date and time. After the event has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Event Cancellation — General
If a Birthday Party is canceled in its entirety due to unforeseen circumstances, Welcome to Jurassic Parties reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the appropriate resolution. This may include:

• Rescheduling the event, or
• Issuing a partial or full refund, or
• Declining to issue any refund.

All determinations made by Welcome to Jurassic Parties in such situations are final and binding.

Events Affected by Circumstances Beyond Control
If the Birthday Party is canceled due to factors beyond the company’s reasonable control, Welcome to Jurassic Parties may, at its discretion:

• Issue a partial or full refund, or
• Reschedule the event, or
• Provide a comparable substitute or “make-good” option.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, government or regulatory actions, strikes, production delays, or similar events. All decisions made by Welcome to Jurassic Parties in these matters are final.

Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled to a different date, no refunds will be issued. If an event is fully canceled and a refund is granted, the refund will include only amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

Weather Policy
Indoor Birthday Parties are conducted on a rain-or-shine basis. Events will proceed as scheduled unless hazardous or severe weather conditions make travel or operation unsafe. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, or severe storms. In these circumstances, the event may be canceled or rescheduled at the company’s discretion.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By booking a Birthday Party, you acknowledge and agree that the reservation is made voluntarily. You further agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your credit card or debit card provider. Additional refund, return, or cancellation requests will not be honored beyond the terms outlined in this policy.
