Whether you’re planning a birthday party, community event, museum program, corporate gathering, school visit, or something completely dino-riffic, we’d love to see if one of our dinosaurs is available to join you!
Our booking process is simple:
1. Tell Us About Your Event
Start by submitting our Event Request Form or send an email to welcometojurassicparties@gmail.com. We’ll need a few details, including:
- Your event date
- Preferred event time
- Event location
- Type of event
- Number of guests or children
- Which dinosaur or experience you’re interested in
- How long you’d like the dinosaur to be there
- Any special requests or activities
The more information you provide, the better we can help create the right experience for your event.
2. We’ll Check Availability
Once we receive your request, we’ll check our dinosaur and performer availability for your date and location.
Please note that all experiences are subject to dinosaur and performer availability. Our dinosaurs have very busy prehistoric schedules!
3. Receive Your Event Quote
We’ll put together a customized Event Quote based on the experience you’re requesting, including any applicable travel fees and other event-specific costs.
Your quote will explain exactly what is included so there are no surprise dinosaur footprints hiding in the fine print.
4. Review Your Agreement
If you’d like to move forward, you’ll receive an Event Agreement outlining the details of your booking, including the event date, time, location, services, payment terms, and important event requirements.
Please review both the Event Quote and Event Agreement carefully before booking.
5. Secure Your Date
A 25% deposit is required to officially secure your event date.
Your date is not considered booked until the required deposit and completed agreement have been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.
For bookings made less than 7 days before the event, full payment is required no later than 24 hours before the event.
Travel Fees
Our pricing includes travel for the first 15 miles from our Gastonia, NC home base.
Travel beyond the first 15 miles is charged at $1.70 per additional mile, round trip.
Any applicable travel charges will be included in your Event Quote so you’ll know the total cost before booking.
Important Booking Information
- Dinosaur and performer availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
- A 25% deposit is required to secure your date.
- Event Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
- Travel fees may apply depending on your event location.
- Additional fees may apply for holidays, extended events, lodging, or special circumstances.
