Travel & Booking Info

  • Travel fees are calculated based on round trip distance from the assigned puppeteer’s home to the event location.
  • The first 15 miles one way are included at no additional charge.
  • Travel beyond the first 15 miles is $1.70 per mile, calculated round-trip.
  • Distances beyond 150 miles: Additional travel and overnight lodging fees apply. These costs will be calculated based on the number of performers traveling and included in the event quote. Any required lodging will be arranged by Welcome to Jurassic Parties.
  • Holiday or holiday weekend bookings: +$50.
  • All party packages subject to availability.
